We spend time listening and asking questions to understand your needs, design challenges and lifestyle. Once we’ve identified every detail that matters to you in the space, we work with you to achieve your perfect balance of form and function.
Space planning
We work together on personalized floor plans and elevations to meet your needs. To help you envision the proposed design, our in-house team can present you with samples and state-of-the-art 3-D renderings.
Product Selection
Our dedicated team helps guide the selection of each element of your space, including curated custom cabinetry, hardware, faucets, sinks, surfaces, lighting and accessories. Our skilled consultants ensure that every component adds up to a personalized, layered look with maximum utility and perfect proportions.
On-Site Consultation
A member of the Waterworks team personally visits your project site to verify the measurements firsthand. This step ensures that every detail is confirmed prior to the production of your bespoke cabinetry.
Design Sign-Off
We present the complete design and selected materials for your review and confirm your appliance selections. Revisions are made as needed until the final design is approved. At this time, our skilled artisans begin the made-to-order cabinetry fabrication and you designate the installer: your own or one of our preferred installers, carefully vetted by our experts to ensure a smooth installation.
Delivery & Installation
Each element of your Waterworks cabinetry is personally coordinated. A Waterworks representative will inspect your cabinetry before shipping. When using our preferred installers, our team handles all the details and troubleshooting, manage the paint process (factory-finished or handpainted on site) and timing deliveries for the ideal installation schedule.
Completing the Look
Little things matter: We can style your finished space on-site and assist in your selection of striking Waterworks accessories, including handcrafted brass soap dispensers, luminous rock crystal trays and plush luxury towels.
Always at Your Service
We review care and maintenance guidelines with you, on-site wherever possible. Our experts remain available throughout the lifetime of your space, with services such as two complimentary touchups for hand-painted cabinetry. All products are backed by our Waterworks warranty and a commitment to service born of 40 years of experience.
